Dear IBCLC in Europe and
the Middle East,
It is with pleasure to let you know that on Monday, 27 July 2009, IBLCE will hold its 25th annual worldwide certification exam for practitioners who counsel breastfeeding mothers!
In Europe and the Middle East 936 individuals from 25 countries will sit the IBLCE exam at 30 exam sites, among them 130 IBCLCs recertifying by exam. Worldwide more than 3500 candidates will take part in the exam on the coming Monday. The IBLCE Exam 2009 is offered in 15 languages. We wish all exam candidates good success!
Furthermore I would like to inform you about a new decision of the IBLCE Board regarding CERPs for programs which are sponsored or funded by commercial entities.
